UK DELIVERY

Standard 3 working day shipping is free with all orders to UK mainland addresses, however, should you wish to receive your order a little quicker, we have a 1-2 working day delivery at £3.75

Service: Royal Mail Tracked.
Delivery time: 3-4 working days: Free.
Delivery time: 1-2 working days: £3.75

Tracking: You will be provided with a Royal Mail Tracking Number upon confirmation of your order so you can track your parcel in real-time.

Delivery Information

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, or other external factors.
  • You will be notified if there are any issues with your order or delivery.

RETURNS

Should you wish to return your www.amorecco.com order, please contact our Customer Care team on taste@amorecco.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

In your email, please include the below:

  • The name on the order.
  • The email on the order.
  • The date of the order.
  • The item(s) you are returning.
  • The reason for your return.

Please note that all items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unused and unopened. The tamper seal on the packaging must also be intact. This means you must secure and protect the item(s) when you are shipping them back to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

In circumstances where the item(s) are not in these conditions, we will not accept the return. In these cases, you will receive an email from our customer care team and the item(s) will be shipped back to you, without a refund.

Please also note all return costs will be covered by the customer directly and not the brand. We encourage you to use a tracked returns service for the return. Amorecco is not responsible for any returns and will not refund orders without a proof of receipt should the return not arrive at the designated warehouse. 

Once Amorecco has processed your return, our Customer Care team will contact you via e-mail to confirm the refund to your original payment method within 10 working days of receipt in the warehouse.
